If you want a truly unbeatable character you can take amelia and change her into a knight and then max her level to 20. Then change her into a general, then give her the swift shoes. Now you have a general without any of the bad stats. Her skill and speed which are usually low are high because they went up when she was a recruit. The low movement is now 7. And now enjoy the power.
